The jasmine flowers are picked when they begin to bloom and are layered over the tea leaves overnight to ensure the teas absorb the jasmine flavour and scent. This natural flavouring process is repeated with several batches of flowers.

Pour 80°C to 90°C of water over 2.0-3.0g of tea leaves per cup and steep for 2-4 minutes.
